Mission Investigations was approached by a client who was attempting to obtain lawful access to his child, a case that up until that point had personally cost him £20K.

He produced a huge dossier of solicitors and court papers outlining his right to access. The client was of the understanding that the child in question had previously been taken out of the UK for an extended period of time, but was believed to be temporarily back in the country. A current UK address was needed in order to serve and enforce an official court order.

Within three days we were able to identify the address in the UK where the child and clients ex-wife were residing and also uncovered information that clearly demonstrated an intention to return to the USA in the short term. A fresh court order was obtained and enforced.
